In this comprehensive set you will receive all the tools you need to easily disassemble and assemble rear axle bearings and wishbone bushes on your Ford Mondeo MK4 and other compatible models. The set comes in a sturdy blow-molded case that is easy to transport and store. Manufactured with high-quality materials, these tools offer high durability and reliability. Compatible with Ford Mondeo from 2007, Ford S-Max from 2006, Ford Galaxy from 2006 and Volvo S60, S80, XC60, V70, XC70 from 2006 based on Ford floor assembly.

Rear axle bushing press tool set for Volvo and Ford, suitable for assembly and disassembly. For Ford models such as the Mondeo MK4 (from 2007), Mondeo Tournament (from 2007), Galaxy (from 2006) and S-Max (from 2006) the tool fits on both the right and left side sockets. For Volvo models, the tool is only suitable for the socket on the right side.

The service work can be carried out on the car without having to remove the subframe. This saves enormous time when disassembling and assembling the drive train, suspension and braking system.

A notice:

  • Always lubricate the threaded rod.
  • Do not use electric screwdrivers, impact wrenches or pneumatic screwdrivers on the socket tool.
  • Constantly increase the force until the bushing is pushed out.
  • The new bushing must be correctly positioned in ALL directions. Therefore, note and mark the orientation of the old bushing.
  • Make sure the trailing arm is free of heavy corrosion or dirt. Remove hard rust and dirt that may make it difficult for the bushing tool to fit accurately.
  • Make sure the pressure screw and threads in the top plate are clean and lubricated.
